• Fish meat 85%
• Onion
• Garlic
• Sugar
• Salt
• Green onion
• Wheat fiber
• Wheat gluten

Thawing Instructions

Thaw naturally at room temperature for about 1–2 hours, or thaw in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours before cooking.

Instructions for Use

The product is suitable for various cooking methods:

• Frying: Deep-fry in oil at 150°C–160°C until the product turns evenly golden and crispy.
• Air fryer: Cut into bite-sized pieces, lightly brush the surface with cooking oil, then cook at 175°C–185°C for about 3–4 minutes.
• Serving suggestion: Suitable for preparing fried, braised, or stir-fried dishes depending on taste.

Storage Instructions

Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Warning Information
