Thawing Instructions
Before cooking, thaw the product using one of the following methods:
- Thaw naturally at room temperature for 3–4 hours
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours
Instructions for Use
Deep Frying
Deep-fry the product in oil at 150°C–170°C for about 6–8 minutes, or until evenly golden.
Steaming
Steam the product at 98°C–100°C for about 10 minutes.
Air Fryer
Brush a layer of cooking oil or butter onto the fish surface, then place it in the air fryer at 170°C for about 10 minutes to cook the inside. Then increase the temperature to 190°C for about 6 minutes to make the fish surface more golden and appealing.
Storage Instructions
Store the product at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer to maintain the best quality.
Shelf Life
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

- After opening the package, use within 24 hours and store at 0°C–5°C or in the refrigerator.
