Thawing Instructions

Thaw naturally at room temperature for about 3–4 hours, or thaw in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours before cooking.

Instructions for Use

The product is suitable for preparing many delicious and convenient dishes:

• Frying: Deep-fry in oil at 150°C–170°C for 6–8 minutes, or until the fish turns evenly golden.
• Steaming: Steam at 98°C–100°C for about 10 minutes.
• Air fryer: Brush a layer of cooking oil or butter onto the fish surface, cook at 170°C for 10 minutes to cook the inside, then increase to 190°C for 6 minutes to make the surface beautifully golden.
• In addition, the product is also suitable for dishes such as braised dishes, hot pot, soup, simmered dishes, breaded dishes, sauce-based dishes, and many other dishes depending on taste.

Storage Instructions

Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Warning Information

• Do not use the product after its expiry date or if there are signs of spoilage.
• After opening the package, use within 24 hours and store at 0°C–5°C or in the refrigerator.
• Not suitable for people who are sensitive or allergic to any ingredient of the product.
