Ingredients

Pangasius fish meat 66%, flattened young rice 3%, corn 3%, carrot 2%, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, soy protein, wheat gluten, wheat fiber, pork protein, pepper.

This product contains permitted food additives and food flavorings in accordance with regulations.

Thawing Instructions

Thaw naturally at room temperature for about 1–2 hours, or thaw in the refrigerator for 4–8 hours before cooking.

Instructions for Use

• Frying: Deep-fry in oil at 160°C–170°C for about 2–3 minutes until the product turns evenly golden.
• Air fryer: Lightly brush the surface of the product with cooking oil, then cook at 175°C–185°C for about 3–4 minutes.
• Steaming: Steam at 98°C–100°C for about 3–4 minutes.
• Serving suggestion: Suitable for hot pot, soup, stir-fried dishes, braised dishes, or many other dishes depending on taste.

Storage Instructions

Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Warning Information

• Do not use the product after its expiry date or if there are signs of spoilage.
• After opening the package, use within 24 hours and store at 0°C–5°C or in the refrigerator.
• Not suitable for people who are sensitive or allergic to any ingredient of the product.
