• Pangasius fish meat 82%
• Sugar
• Salt
• Shallots
• Garlic
• Wheat gluten
• Pepper
• Chili

This product contains food additives and food flavorings in accordance with regulations.

Thawing Instructions

Thaw naturally at room temperature for about 3–4 hours, or thaw in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours before cooking.

Instructions for Use

The product can be prepared in various ways:

• Frying: Cut into bite-sized pieces, then deep-fry in oil at 160°C–170°C for about 4–5 minutes until evenly golden.
• Air fryer: Cut into bite-sized pieces, lightly brush the surface with cooking oil, then cook at 175°C–185°C for about 3–4 minutes.
• Steaming: Steam at 98°C–100°C for about 3–4 minutes.
• Serving suggestion: Suitable for hot pot, soup, stir-fried dishes, braised dishes, or many other dishes depending on taste.

Storage Instructions

Store at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤ -18°C or in the freezer.

Warning Information

• Do not use the product after its expiry date or if there are signs of spoilage.
• After opening the package, use within 24 hours and store at 0°C–5°C or in the refrigerator.
