Thoại An affirms the quality of its products through the food safety and hygiene survey conducted by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council.

Thoai An Trading Co., Ltd. recently welcomed a survey delegation from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council regarding the company’s efforts to ensure food safety and hygiene at its production factory in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Mr. Le Phu Cuong, Director of Thoai An Trading Co., Ltd., the company currently focuses on producing key product lines such as fish cakes, fish paste rolls, fish balls, and more, with an average output of about 1,500 tons per year.

The production process at Thoai An is strictly controlled:

  • Input materials are quickly tested for chemical residues and prohibited substances
  • Products are monitored throughout every stage of production
  • Packaging is clean, sealed, and ensures safety during distribution

“We are committed to bringing only products that meet quality and food safety standards to the market,” Mr. Cuong emphasized.

A representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Rural Development stated that, through surprise inspections and product sample testing, the results showed that:

  • All product samples met safety standards
